Return Period

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Items must include all original tags.
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Sale items
- Customized items
- Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimwear)
Shoes must be returned in their original packaging.

How to Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team to initiate the return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.
Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging (if possible) and ensure the return authorization number is clearly visible.
Send the item(s) to the return address provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
In such cases, Max Mara will cover the return shipping fees.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank's processing time.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
We will assist you in returning the item and will issue a refund or send a replacement.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please review product details before making a purchase.
